Parker's New Cousin

Sick Little Boy

Parker was a very sick little boy a few weeks ago. On Wednesday, 15th Parker's babysitter called me at work because he had a fever (101). I brought him home and took him to the doctor. By the time we got him to the doctor he was fever free and acting like himself. 

That night we had a rough time getting him to bed and his fever was back. By 2:00 am his fever was 103.7 and we were off to the emergency room. When we got to the emergency room we found out we were not giving him enough Tylenol of Motrin. 

After figuring the correct dosage his fever was down to 101 within a couple of hours and we were cleared to go home. The next few days consisted of a constant fever, lots of snot and a cranky little boy. Finally on Friday I went back to the doctor and got some antibiotics. It was amazing how quickly he started to turn around. We were even well enough on Saturday night to take our pictures with Cilla at Boyd's Orchard.

This is Parker trying to crawling. It is more of an inch worm pull but it gets him to what he wants. He is always motivated to crawl to my cell phone or the laptop. 

Parker has been really cranky lately with what I figure is teething issues. 

New sounds are /ma, ma/ /dae, dae/ and /bae, bae/.
