Spring Break
Hoping there are some leftover Twisted Sifter cupcakes in the box. Parker is quite the cupcake lover. When we walk in he says "cupcake, cupcake" over and over again! When we get done eating he always ask for his!
Parker loves music! I started playing kids song from my iTunes and he loves it. He also loves for me to get onto Facebook and show him pictures of "babies".
Parker loves being outside with Mommy and Daddy. We all spent every minute outside that we could.
Parker is such a big boy now days. He is saying about 50-60 words. He is really starting to put 2-3 words together. He is actually becoming more easy going. As long as we are doing his typical routine he is very happy and doesn't get all bent out of shape. He is more much laid back now than when he was an infant. Parker finally has an appetite back. Still not a lot of foods other than grains, bananas, milk and juice but he is at least eating A LOT. Maybe there will be another growth spurt soon. Parker still loves his cars and trucks but is starting to play with other toys. He more educational interactive toys are holding his interest and is starting to play with his little people. He loves to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Chuggington.

Aquarium
Waiting to go in.
Parker and his buddy Seamus.
All three kiddos amazed by the big shark tank.
"Fish!"
Taking a little break in a not so crowded area.
Knocked out!
This week has been Spring Break. This is the only eventful thing we have done and are planning on doing. We have spent a lot of time at home and went to the park one day. Just taking it easy and catching up around the house. I have loved all the extra time with Parker. He has been very loving and showering me with kisses every day. Parker is making it very hard for Mommy to go back to work.

Easter Morning
Parker had a great Easter morning at the house. It took him awhile to check out his basket but he finally looked to see what was in it. He loved playing with his new bath toys in the living room but did not like the grass. The egg hunting was a hit minus the wet grass. But he was very excited to find a big egg with "Toodles" in it. We even had a bite of our Reeses egg before breakfast.

Easter Weekend Part I
We got rid of Parker's glider the other day so one of my friends from high school could have it for baby #2 so we upgraded him to a Parker size big boy chair. He really seems to like it.
I found the cutest frog bath toy! It lights up and ribbits three songs. Parker thought it was funny and laughed out loud at it.
He also ate at PF Changs for his niece Katelyn's 1st birthday. Tomorrow we will have church, easter egg hunting and lunch with Grammie and Grampy.

Busted Lip
Last week Parker was sick with a sinus infection. The first day I stayed home with him but the second day he went to stay with his Nana. They must have been having some serious fun because he came home with a busted lip and a bloody nose. He is in the walking/running stage when his feet get ahead of him. He has been taking lots of face plants to the ground. This time there happened to be a table in front of him. You can sort of see it in this picture. I am glad someone else was there for that first.

Home with Mom
Parker got to spend St. Patrick's Day with Mom at home. We have been having some issues with a runny nose, cough and low grade fever but last night Parker's temperature was much higher and he had a really hard time sleeping. Since Daddy stayed home the last time it was Mommy's turn. All in all it was a pretty good day. The doctor's office was rough. Parker threw a couple good fits. The kind where he arches his back, hits and throws his head back while screaming. I paid at the counter with Parker laying on the floor screaming and hitting his forehead on the floor. I felt like Mom of the year!
But we came home with new medicine and Parker took a TWO hour nap which is rare. After that we ventured back out to pick up one of the prescriptions and deliver some cupcakes. Great Granddaddy turned 83 todays so Parker picked out some cupcakes to surprise him with. We made sure to get Parker a chocolate cupcake.
In the picture Parker is eating a couple waffles and watching Chuggington (the new favorite Disney show). Nothing like waffles at 4:00 in the afternoon. I was just glad he was eating something!

Dinner Entertainment
Scott and I went to Lexington to do some shopping on Saturday. The "Plan" was to shop then drive around and check out my half marathon course. During this drive we were hoping Parker would take a nap so we could enjoy a nice meal in Lexington since we so rarely go anywhere other than Guadies. But Parker being Parker that did NOT happen. He did not fall asleep for even a second. But we decided to risk it and go on out to eat. We picked Fridays because we knew it would be loud and we were early enough that we beat the wait. Well we survived but there was lots of entertaining. The best part was Parker fed Daddy the green bean appetizer. He loved dipping and giving Daddy a bite. Guess my little guy is really growing up. He went strong all day on a one hour nap only.

Shoes
Parker loves trying on shoes! He loves his shoes but he really like our shoes. He figured out how to walk in Mommy's heels and was cracking himself up.
This time he was loving Daddy's shoes. He has a harder time walking in them.
