Gunnar Visits

Ben and Courtney came in for Memorial Day weekend!

The boys playing cars.

Almost a good picture of the two of them. It was impossible to get them both happy and looking at the camera at the same time.

Parker hanging out on his giraffe.

Feeding the fish with Grampy.

Check out that Attitude! Parker is into doing what Parker wants to do : ) Nothing to "terrible" yet but we have had  a couple of fits. He does really well with a little "smack on the butt" and time out! Looks like we are in for a busy summer! He wants to be on the go at all times.

Summer... so close!

It has been so hot! We do not have a pool for summer so I found this large tote for Parker to play in some water. He decided getting in was the best way to make the most of it. He is such an outside boy! He loves to go outside and play with his cars or throw ball for the dogs. I am looking forward to the summer and have a feeling it is going to be even harder to go back to work next year.

Family Bike Ride

Scott and I went for a ten mile bike ride in town. I have been biking downstairs since January but this was my first outside ride. It was a lot easier and harder than I thought. I was able to ride without falling and I did not get super exhausted. BUT going up hill is a whole different story and I was surprised about how much my heart rate did get up. Parker on the other hand LOVED it. Whenever we got off for a break (water and park) he would ask for "my hat". I think this will be a Sunday tradition!

Baby Dedication at Southland

Scott and I have been attending the Southland here in Danville for about 3 months and we love it! Today was Baby dedication at church. Nana, Grammie and Grampy came to watch. It was a very special day. We are really happy in our new church home and feel like Parker is in the right place.

Cousin Time

Cousin Katelyn came for an overnight stay while Uncle Robbie and Andrea went to a concert. She was one in March. She is such a petite little thing; she made Parker look like the Jolly Green Giant. She was only 3 lbs. 11 ozs. when she was born but has grown a lot! She is 18 pounds!

It is all fun and games until someone tries to take your sippy cup!

Playing in the Rain

Parker loved playing in the rain! We have a big puddle in the yard that is calling his name! He is boy through and through.

Spring Break

Hoping there are some leftover Twisted Sifter cupcakes in the box. Parker is quite the cupcake lover. When we walk in he says "cupcake, cupcake" over and over again! When we get done eating he always ask for his!

Parker loves music! I started playing kids song from my iTunes and he loves it. He also loves for me to get onto Facebook and show him pictures of "babies".

Parker loves being outside with Mommy and Daddy. We all spent every minute outside that we could.

Parker is such a big boy now days. He is saying about 50-60 words. He is really starting to put 2-3 words together. He is actually becoming more easy going. As long as we are doing his typical routine he is very happy and doesn't get all bent out of shape. He is more much laid back now than when he was an infant. Parker finally has an appetite back. Still not a lot of foods other than grains, bananas, milk and juice but he is at least eating A LOT. Maybe there will be another growth spurt soon. Parker still loves his cars and trucks but is starting to play with other toys. He more educational interactive toys are holding his interest and is starting to play with his little people. He loves to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Chuggington.

Aquarium

Waiting to go in.

Parker and his buddy Seamus.

All three kiddos amazed by the big shark tank.

"Fish!"

Taking a little break in a not so crowded area.

Knocked out!

This week has been Spring Break. This is the only eventful thing we have done and are planning on doing. We have spent a lot of time at home and went to the park one day. Just taking it easy and catching up around the house. I have loved all the extra time with Parker. He has been very loving and showering me with kisses every day. Parker is making it very hard for Mommy to go back to work.
