Monica on the Go gave me free food : ) Seriously go check out her website it looks so good and she is always posting something. Great motivation to keep working out (she is hardcore) and she is posting easy one pot recipes.

Thanks Twila! I still haven't got them in the mail, but I will tomorrow. We had a horrible blizzard and I didn't feel like driving out in it!
